Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content in question unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

To file a counter-notification, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written communication (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements) that includes substantially the following:
